Summary: Schengen Visa operates an automated visa appointment monitoring and notification system. We respect your privacy, strictly minimize data collection, and never sell or monetize your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimal data required to deliver real-time visa slot alerts and automated booking assistance:

Account & Contact Info: Email address (for magic link login and alert delivery), preferred language, and optional Telegram chat ID.
Google User Data: When signing in with Google OAuth, we receive your email address, basic profile name, and Google ID solely for authentication purposes.
Monitoring Preferences: Destination country, target city, visa provider (e.g. VFS, iDATA, TLScontact), and notification channel settings.
AutoBooking Details (Optional): Applicant names, passport numbers, and date ranges solely for filling visa appointment forms upon user instruction.

2. How We Use Google User Data

Schengen Visa's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google user data strictly to identify and authenticate your account.
We do NOT use Google user data for advertising, marketing, or behavioral tracking.
We do NOT sell or share Google user data with any third-party data brokers.

3. Data Security & Storage

Your data is protected with industry-standard cryptographic practices:

Row Level Security (RLS): All database records are protected with PostgreSQL Row Level Security; unauthorized public API queries are strictly denied.
Single-Use Secure Tokens: 2FA, OTP, and payment devir tokens expire automatically after 5 minutes and are consumed immediately upon usage.
HTTPS / TLS 1.3: All communications between your browser, Chrome extension, and our servers are encrypted in transit.

4. Data Retention & Deletion Rights

You retain full control over your personal data:

You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated records at any time by clicking "Log Out / Delete" in the extension or emailing us at privacy@schengenvisa.cloud.
Monitored centers and booking tasks can be deleted instantly via the Chrome extension or web dashboard.
