1. Service Description

Schengen Visa provides automated calendar monitoring and alert forwarding for publicly available visa appointment slots across official Schengen visa providers (including VFS Global, TLScontact, iDATA, BLS International, and Kosmos).

Important Disclaimer: Schengen Visa is an independent third-party technology tool and is NOT affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any embassy, consulate, or official visa processing center. We do not guarantee visa approval, nor do we create appointment slots.

2. Free Trial & Subscription Terms

• 3-Day Free Trial: Eligible new users receive a 3-day complimentary trial with access to real-time slot monitoring. Limit one free trial per user/account.
• Billing & Renewals: Paid subscriptions (Notifications and AutoBooking tiers) are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy and renew on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal or Lemon Squeezy management link. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

3. AutoBooking & Handover Terms

Users utilizing the AutoBooking feature explicitly authorize our automated workers to fill visa application forms using the information provided by the user. For security-sensitive actions (such as SMS OTP, 2FA codes, CAPTCHA, or final payment), the system provides a 5-minute single-use secure web handover link (`/secure-action/:token`) for manual user completion.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

• You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and lawful information for all appointment bookings.
• You agree not to use the service for unauthorized resale, commercial scalping, or malicious disruption of visa center portals.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login tokens and secure handover links.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schengen Visa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from consulate calendar changes, slot cancellations by official visa centers, network outages, or consular visa decisions.
